Frequently Asked Questions

Does the price include set up and delivery?.
Yes and no. The price includes set up for our foam machine. We will require a set up fee for tables and chairs, based on the size of the order.

The first 10 miles of delivery is free. After 10 miles, 3.50 per mile is charged.

Do you deliver to other cities?.
Yes, but once again please be aware that a delivery charge will be charged after 10 miles.
Does the standard 8 hour rental time include your set-up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play/use equipment.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location..
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?.
We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up a foam machine at a park, you must provide a generator.
What payments do you take?
Cash, venmo or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, all orders require a 50% Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 2 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel between 1 day or the day of your rental you will be given a rain check that is good for 1 year.
